Burnaby Central’s Theatre Production is proud to present: ‘The Man Who Came to Dinner’, a critically acclaimed comedy by Moss Hart and George S. Kaufman.
A chance accident leaves saucy celebrity and darling of the radio waves, Sheridan Whiteside stranded on the doorstep of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley.
During his six week confinement in a wheelchair, Whiteside takes over the Stanley’s residence and soon visiting celebrities bring with them crazy entertainment, exotic gifts and controversy.
Long held hopes and feuds are unravelled in this fast-paced, eccentric 1940’s family-friendly comedy.
