Graduation Transitions

Did you know that in order to graduate, students must complete the four Graduation Transition Requirements? Students can begin working towards completion in their grade 10 year, and all requirements must be completed by June of the student’s grade 12 year. This year, grade 12 students will have an opportunity to complete their Grad Transitions Interviews in January and May. Click here for more information.
