A survey request on behalf of the Ministry of Education on External Credentials
The BC Ministry of Education is undertaking a review of the External Credentials (EC) program where BC students can earn credits towards graduation by completing courses, exams and activities outside the regular school curriculum.
Part of this review includes input from stakeholders such as current and former students, parents, and teachers. Your input will help ensure alignment with the broader changes in the new curriculum, such as the principle of flexibility. The Ministry of Education also wants to measure stakeholder familiarity with the External Credentials program and gauge its value and accessibility.

The survey will remain open until November 30, 2016. Results will inform our review of the EC Program and recommendations for future program design, which will be communicated next year.
